Trouble with tails &amp;amp;amp; replace_node_with_contents

Under some circumstances replace_node_with_contents moves text to the tail of the node that served as the template for a repeat, and is thrown away later. This results in loss of the text.

Fixed that one bug, although I fear a thorough review of the whole code for this sort of problem would make sense. Tails are strange things...
